REI offers and teaches the Undergraduate course ,” Introduction to Real Estate Finance” : BUS 333.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to the business of real estate finance and investment. Students that take the course will gain knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate, including the concepts, theories and industry practices in real estate investment and finance. Students will also gain understanding of real estate legal foundations, government regulations, valuation, appraisal and brokerage. Students will gain and demonstrate the concepts of negotiation between bankers and brokers and construct financial transactions.
